Davidsons Homes is consulting the local community on plans for a proposed residential development of approx. 98 new homes, including affordable housing. In addition to the new homes, the development will provide high-quality areas of public open space, sustainable drainage features and a children’s play area. Vehicle access to the site is proposed from Well Lane.
